What if I add the wrong address when checking out?

It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct when you check out especially if you're using PayPal. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect delivery information. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will try what we can to change it for you if the item has not been dispatched.

Can I add multiple names to my item personalisation?

Yes! The longer the text on the item the smaller the wording will be. If you are concerned please contact us prior and we can send you a mock up of the text for you.

My order still hasn't arrived.

We're sorry you still haven't received your order! The delivery time can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders to the UK are delivered within 5 business days. International orders typically take up to two weeks from dispatch day. Please allow for additional time during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, and pop us a message if you believe your order may be lost.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Yes! Please pop a note in the checkout section and we can send the item out with a gift message for you. Please ensure the delivery address is correct.

Can you ship internationally?

We can ship worldwide, however there is an addititional postage charge for this. Custom charges may be applicable and these are the customers responsibility.

I need my order in time for a special occasion.

As a small business we try to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Please pop us a message if you need it for a set date and we can try our best to work with you!

I haven't received an order confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent out automatically within a couple of minutes after ordering. If you have not received one please check your junk/spam files. If you still cannot find it, please pop us a message!

Do you offer gift cards? How do they work?

Yes we do! Gift vouchers are valid across all products at www.pawsinearnest.co.uk. Each voucher will have a unique code to enter at the checkout (promo code) and then the discount will be applied. If the value is less than the voucher amount, there will no cash issued so please ensure to use the entire value of the voucher in one transaction. If the amount is greater than the voucher balance, you will need to pay the remainder. We cannot offer refunds on gift cards.

Is the Stopple your design?

Yes, we are the original creators of the Stopple. By purchasing an original Stopple, you are not only supporting the original designers, but also getting a higher quality product than any clones. Our Stopples are built to last, meaning they're more friendly for the environment as well as your wallet!

My order is damaged or broken

We're sorry that your order has got damaged in transit. We endeavour to package these as safely as possible, but delivery companies can be clumsy! Please pop us a message with a photo containing the damaged product and packaging, and we'll replace or refund if possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund should we believe the damage has been caused through misuse.
