Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.For non-defective items, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Any items that are custom made (personalised) we are unable to offer refunds unless they are faulty or damaged. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
